It is a superior quality anionic high molecular weight polymer used as a flocculant for waste-water systems and other processes. It is a water soluble, synthetic flocculant based on Polyacrylamide and has a high charge density. It is recommended for use in non potable raw water clarification, primary and secondary effluent clarification, filtration and clarification of brine in Chlor-Soda plants where the polymer must be N free.

The polymer flocculants are also copolymers of acrylamide with acrylie acid and acrylic esters. They can either be used alone or in combination with inorganic primary coagulants like aluminium sulphate, lime, ferrous sulphate etc. It is therefore important to control the consumption of water, use water more efficiently and most importantly to treat & recycle the water used in industrial processes.

Dosage & Feeding
Plant Feed Concentration:
For plant use we recommend 0.05% concentration of the product.
Polymer Feed System:
Successful performance of the product depends on the properly designed automated feed system. The dosing system should consist of tank of sufficient capacity equipped with agitator. For feeding Polymer granules, hopper with lid is necessary to ensure controlled addition of product and avoid absorption of moisture. It is recommended to dose the solution through metering pump.
Feed Point:
It is added in high turbulence areas in the plant to ensure high mixing
energy and better contact of polymer with the impurities in the water.
Packing, Storage, Life & Safety
25 KGs / 50 KGs HDPE double line bags. Under normal condition of storage it is stable for one year.
It is hygroscopic in nature & absorbs moisture from atmosphere under damp and humid conditions. Hence bags/container should be closed tightly and stored in cool, dark and dry place at ambient temperature.
It is non-hazardous, non-inflammable and non-toxic solid polymer. However caution must be exercised to avoid dusting while handling by using mask.
