Activated Carbon Powder :-
This type
of Activated Carbon Powder is manufactured from PINE WOOD only by acid washed process
through steam activation. PINE WOOD based Charcoals are soft, have a high degree
of porosity, large surface area, high purity and therefore give better result
compare with other Carbon.
WASHED
ACTIVATED CARBON POWDER contains less Iron, Ash, Acid & Water Soluble Matter. It
passes through I.P., B.P., & U.S.P. parameters. So, it is quite suitable for
Bulk Drug Industries etc.
UNWASHED
ACTIVATED CARBON POWDER contains high Iron, Ash, Acid & Water Soluble Matter
compared to Washed Activated Carbon Powder. So, it is quite suitable for Dyes &
Intermediates Industries, Fine Chemicals etc.
